The history of Bem me Quer began over 30 years ago, at the Santo Antônio das Pitangueiras Farm, in Pitangui, Minas Gerais. The property's headquarters, a large house built in 1715, was completely restored by the couple who own the brand. The farm had a leisure area where a small, old still stood. Whenever there was a celebration that brought the family together, about six liters of cachaça were produced at a time, which was a great success. This cachaça, named Romana, became a tradition at gatherings and ended up being extended to friends as well. Thus, the orders began to grow, and grew more and more, until the small, old still could no longer handle the production. Then, the Alambique Santíssima was built, which began to produce two different brands: Cachaça Santa Romana and Cachaça Bem me Quer. The quality of the drinks is so high and the flavor so delicious that both were already aimed directly at the foreign market. Today, it is a sales success worldwide and in the demanding and competitive domestic market. Cachaça Bem me Quer Bálsamo 700ml is stored for two years in balsam barrels, a typical Brazilian wood. Cachaça aged for two years in balsam wood barrels, a typical Brazilian type. It's light with integrated alcohol. Pale yellow in color, it has herbal aromas, green tea, woody notes, and a spicy hint. On the palate, it offers a smooth, slightly sweet bitterness with a salty, velvety, spicy, and pleasant finish.
