Founders Dave & Will Willis established Bully Boy Distillers in Boston. Their Estate Gin is created using a base of neutral grain and apple brandy. Among the botanicals employed are Albanian juniper, coriander, lemon, eastern red cedar (juniperus virginiana), hibiscus, and pink peppercorns. The bottling proof is 94.
