About this bottle

The term "Ensamble," meaning "blend" or "assembly," signifies in mezcal production that various available agave types were used. This particular blend incorporates espadín, barril, and cuiche maguey varieties. Each Bruxo mezcal is created in a different region of Oaxaca by a distinct mezcalero or maestro, and this expression is the creation of Hero Rodriguez from the town of Las Salinas.

This mezcal's aroma is reminiscent of opening a green banana, with tropical fruit and vegetal notes blending perfectly. The taste is similar, with a burst of vanilla spice at the end, an incredibly rich texture, and a smooth finish. It's one of the best mezcals I've had recently.
