About this bottle
Wild cupreata from Guerrero is used in Bozal Pechuga, which follows traditional production techniques. Before its third distillation, an organic cooked chicken is marinated with regional fruits, chiles, citrus, raisins, cinnamon, and cloves. The protein and spices are then placed in the still.

Smells of sweet agave with an earthy flavor profile. Quite distinct and a worthy addition to a tequila selection.
My absolute favorite mezcal. Incredible character and unique texture.
