A delicate Agave Spirit from Bozal Distillery, NOM-O363X, in Oaxaca, Mexico, crafted with wild Cenizo (from the Durangensis agave family). It starts aromatically with hints of agave, citrus, tropical flowers, earth, and spices. Its fresh character adds hints of orange zest, mesquite, and sweet, barbecued meats, leading to a balanced, medium-length finish with notes of smoke and dark chocolate. March 2022.

Very smooth and mellow. Hints of banana peel and toasted oats. Nicely rounded with a medium finish.
Clean yet cheesy notes. Cleaner than La Venenosa but with some similar character. I like it!
Almost a wild banana taste. Feels one dimensional. Tropical but lacking depth.
Very fruity. Easy sipping on ice. Nice.
Clear, very smoky. The smoke is too intense for my palate.
