About this bottle
Founded in 1819 by Alexandre Bisquit and his son-in-law Adrien Dubouché, the brand was known as Bisquit for many years before reverting to its original name in March 2020. The XO bottling primarily utilizes eaux-de-vie from the Grande and Petite Champagne regions of Cognac. It is aged for a minimum of 10 years in French oak and bottled at 80 proof. Its US debut occurred in late 2021 in California, Texas, and Florida, with further expansion planned for 2022.
