Lemon is dominant in the aroma, taste, and aftertaste; there's lemon zest, lemon bars, and even lemon juice. Additionally, there's sea salt, the seaside, subtle sweet smoke, and a minor malt character. It has a slight thickness. A burst of pepper and smoke arrives on the lingering finish. It's rather straightforward and uncomplicated, yet still enjoyable.
