ASW Winterville Gin

A fascinating barrel-aged gin. Just a whisper of classic juniper character, complemented by sweet caramel undertones and an abundance of orange that makes it seem as if Cointreau were present. An excellent addition to the "cocktail in a bottle" classification – meaning a standalone spirit with sufficient complexity to emulate a complete mixed drink.

Aroma: Coriander, pine, juniper, green tea, flowers, and citrus. Palate: Flowers, juniper, citrus.

A really nice, dry, herbal gin! I sampled it as part of a tasting flight.
