Astral Tequila is crafted using 100% blue Weber agave, which is cooked and then crushed using a traditional stone tahona. The fermentation process incorporates the agave fibers, known as "bagasso," to enhance the flavor profile. The añejo expression is aged for 12 months in American oak bourbon barrels that have been used only once. The tequila began appearing in select US markets, including CA, FL, TX, IL, NY, SC, MI, OH, and VA, starting April 1, 2023, with a suggested retail price of $34.99.

An elegant agave spirit from NOM 1607. It begins aromatically with agave, wood, herbs, and spices. A rich middle introduces caramel and vanilla, culminating in a lengthy, balanced finish of oak, pepper, and chocolate.
