Corporativo Destilera Santa Lucia, previously Tequilera Newton E. Hijos, produces this reposado tequila. The 100% agave spirit undergoes approximately 6 months of aging in American white oak before being bottled.

Color is transparent with a very light hint of yellow. In aroma baked agave, the aroma is dense, with creamy notes, slightly alcoholic. Taste of agave, spicy with a light wave of alcohol. Aftertaste is a little creamy. 70/100
Notes of fruit, pepper, and mild vanilla. Made from 100% agave, yet it doesn't taste like the highest quality plants were used. It's not the best I've experienced, but it's far from the worst. Excellent price point.
