A strong aroma of juniper and lemon peel. The primary flavors are black pepper, lemon peel, and anise. It has a thick palate, with a lingering taste of black pepper and ocean water. A brief finish of mint.
A very well-rounded gin. It has fruitiness without being perfumed. Situated between a classic dry gin and a floral one, it sits squarely in the middle.
