About this bottle
The piñas from 100% estate-grown agave espadín are pit-roasted and then crushed using a tahona wheel. Natural fermentation occurs in a pine barrel before the spirit is double distilled in a copper still and matured for over 40 months in American white oak barrels. This Agave de Cortés Extra Añejo Mezcal is bottled at 43% ABV.
