Batch Number 51/2017 An Unaged Rested Cachaça, crisp and certified organic, gluten-free & vegan-friendly. Made by the team at Fazenda Vaccaro Distillery in Bahia, Brazil, with headquarters in Bristol, U.K. Following distillation, it rests for 6 months in stainless-steel tanks open to the air, allowing flavors to mature before bottling at 40% ABV with no sweeteners. It starts with a fragrant introduction of ripe stone fruits, herbs, tropical fruits & flowers. Its rich and full body then brings forth notes of plantain, apricot, mango, grape must, warm peaches, sweet sugarcane & honey, finishing with a medium-length caramelized conclusion featuring a touch of biscuit.
