This was selected by Afficiionados. Believing it needed a bit more time before bottling, they aged the distilled spirit underground for 25 months, hence the name "enterrado." This one leans towards the herbal side, with mint and anise on the nose. It has a juicy mouthfeel, with more anise and some dark fruit, resembling plum. Smoke and pepper appear in the finish. This is the smokiest of the 5S I've tried, but it's still much more subdued than typical cheap mezcal.
