A blend of two agaves, which are fire-roasted and fermented with spring water for 5 days. The aroma is creamy, which is a new experience for me. I detect hints of wintergreen, custard, and cherry on the palate; the mesquite smoke may contribute some sweeter notes. The finish is more vegetal, with some cinnamon and cardamom as well. This is a special selection from Cellars Fine Wine and Spirits in Phoenix, AZ.
