This is a mix of three agaves, cooked with guamache and mesquite wood for six days. I detect tropical smells and some custard. The taste is fruity, with some berry, and a little earthiness. Light smoke on the finish, reminding me of bbq. An aficionado's selection. This might be my top pick out of the five similar bottles I've had.
