Yuu Baal Reposado Espadín Mezcal

The aroma is heavily influenced by agave. Smoke is also present from the start. Sweetness only appears upon the first taste, but it trails behind the vanilla, smoke, and more agave. It has a noticeable mouthfeel but not an extended finish. Quite good.

Smells of smoke, smoked meat, pine wood, agave, melon, grapefruit, and flowers. Dry, smoky, woody, and lightly vegetal on the palate.

Prominent smoky character, followed by mild vanilla on the subsequent tasting. The alcohol is noticeable upfront, leading to a warm finish. Generally, a pleasing beverage.
