About this bottle
The Damoiseau estate cultivates sugarcane at Grand Terre for their rhum agricole, using 100% of the first press of the juice. The Virgin Cane rhum is distilled only once to preserve the authentic flavors of the sugarcane juice. Subsequently, the clear spirit rests for six months in stainless steel tanks before natural spring water is incorporated to achieve the final bottling proof.
