An intense, flavored gin from England that begins aromatically with notes of berries, citrus, herbs & spices; its full character adds notes of juniper, rhubarb, coriander, ginger & orange, leading to a tart finish of medium length. January 2018
I truly enjoy this gin. I first tasted it at a small pub behind Warwick University. I recently had my sister, who dislikes gin, try it, and she liked it.
Excessively sweet, tasting more like a confection or liqueur than gin. It's spicy, likely from ginger. Nevertheless, the combination of sweetness and spice made for an interesting gin and tonic.
This is without question the most saccharine gin encountered; it's a bit overly sweet for solo sipping but shines when balanced with citrus.
Refreshing and leaves a pleasant sensation in your mouth. The flavor is acceptable, but I'm personally not the biggest fan. It also tastes somewhat artificial.
Maybe excessively sweet? Almost like a syrupy medication? Sampled straight, chilled, and mixed... It failed!
