Presents with hints of caramel, menthol, and spice. Tastes like biscuits. It's unusual and has a strong kick. The concept is interesting, but I'm let down.

About this bottle
The Westland Silver City is the third release in the distillery's Cask Exchange series. Westland utilized five barrels that previously held Scotch Ale from the Bremerton, Washington brewery for the maturation of this whiskey, for a minimum duration of 53 months. The whiskey's mash bill consists of a blend of 5-malt and Washington Select pale malt, and it was fermented using Belgian brewer's yeast.
