Dewayne Hester 4.5

An earthy, woodland aroma. The palate is sweet and earthy. Juniper and herbs emerge, along with a subtle gamey note. It fades back to an earthy, woodland profile. It's definitely not like tasting a venison stick. A very skillfully made whiskey!
