The final trio from today's gin exploration. These producers have a history of distilling whisky and have now expanded into gin. Their approach results in a heavily botanical gin. It's fairly straightforward yet well-balanced, with notes of juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamom, and coriander. I find it quite enjoyable!
