About this bottle
Thompson Bros Organic Highland Gin is composed of a spirit mix: 90% organic grain neutral spirit and 10% organic floor-malted barley spirit derived from organic Plumage Archer barley. The gin's botanical combination (juniper berries, angelica root, cardamom seeds, aniseed, orange & lemon peel, coriander seeds, meadowsweet, elderflower, black peppercorns, freeze-dried raspberries) is infused into the grain neutral spirit. Subsequently, the two spirits are combined and adjusted to a strength of 45.7% ABV.
