Raw yet refined, full of herbal notes with za'atar being the most prominent. A delightful and intriguing gin, unlike anything tasted before. My absolute favorite.
Has a Levantine kick, very smooth, with rich herbal notes, especially za'atar. Shaken with fresh za'atar, honey, basil honey, and topped with tonic, it was amazing.
A slick, oily texture. Mild culinary spices. Rehydrated peaches with oats. Aged peppercorns and a touch of orange zest.
Absolutely no merit.
