Victoria Distillers in British Columbia produces Empress 1908's third gin, Cucumber Lemon Gin, which joins Indigo and Elderflower Rose. The spirit is crafted in small batches using copper pot stills and features eight botanicals, such as juniper berries, lemon, jasmine, and star anise. Cucumber is added after distillation. The brand suggests serving it in a gin and tonic with garnishes of a cucumber slice and lemon wheel.
