Otis Shah 5.0

A great take on the classic Macallan 18, featuring vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, marshmallows, coconuts, citrus, and peaches from the american oak, mingling with raisins, figs, prunes, dates, nutmeg, toffee, and cloves from the european oak, followed by pineapples, strawberries, luxardo cherries, milk chocolate, and white chocolate.

Lorena Temple 4.8

An excellent combination of oak and leather on the nose. An almost perfect structure and balance on the palate with enduring notes of raisin and chocolate. A lingering finish with a mix of raisins and smoked oaks.

Rhea Sullivan 4.5

Fantastic single malt with toasted nuts and orange peel on the nose. On the palate, you experience notes of sherry, honeycomb, and vanilla. It has a long and smooth finish. I drank it neat for this tasting.

Lynette Drake 4.5

To me, this is very good, with notes of raisins and dark chocolate on the nose, and a rich, full taste. I received this as a Christmas present, and it was a delightful surprise!!

Caitlin Ma 4.0

Aroma features cherry, oak, sherry, caramel, toast, black pepper, molasses, and dark chocolate. Palate includes oak, pepper, burnt caramel, and berries.

Moshe Mcrae 3.8

The aroma is very pleasing, and it's soft on the palate, but it lacks a bit of flavor intensity. It's a standard sherry-influenced whisky, which is somewhat disappointing.
