About this bottle

The Creative Whisky Co Ltd from Impex Beverages offers The Exclusive Malts, a selection of aged single malts that are bottled and released. While the source distillery is usually identified for their expressions, this malt originates from an unnamed Highland distillery. It was placed into first-fill ex-sherry butt No. 13 in March 1995 and bottled in March 2015.

Excellent spirit. If sampled without knowing the brand, I would guess it's a Macallan. Nose: Raisins, Black Cherries, Figs, Dates, Plums, Blood Oranges, Raspberries, Honey, Toffee, Ginger, Black Tea, Dark Chocolate, Walnuts Palate: Prunes, Dates, Milk Chocolate, Raisins, Blackberries, Hazlenuts, Nutmeg, Walnuts, Cranberries, Christmas Cakes, Strawberries Finish: Raisins, Dark Chocolate, Mocha, Prunes, Morello Cherries, Walnuts, Oranges, Grapefruit, Raspberries
