About this bottle
Tequila 1921 is produced with agave cultivated in the Jalisco highlands, known for receiving the most sunlight among tequila's micro regions. The blanco expression is now twice distilled in stainless-steel stills with copper coils and bottled immediately after distillation. This review pertains to the latest releases under NOM 1535, produced at Destileria Morales (previously NOM 1079).
