About this bottle
This limited Artisanal Edition Blanco is the second release in the Expresiones del Corazón line. It is made from 100% blue weber agave, with the brix measured prior to harvest rather than using the traditional clear cut method. Two agave harvests were used for this blanco: one with lower sugar content and one with higher. This unaged spirit is also used for expressions aged in barrels that previously held various marks of Buffalo Trace bourbon and rye.
