About this bottle
This additive-free añejo tequila is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave, organically cultivated on a single estate in Jalisco's highlands. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, milled with a roller mill, and fermented in open-air stainless steel tanks without fibers before being twice distilled in stainless steel pot stills. This expression spends 14 months aging in ex-whiskey barrels made of American oak from Kentucky and is bottled at 80 proof.
