I'm not typically a fan of liqueurs or sweeter spirits. I was going to skip this one, but I'm glad I tried it. Made with local spring water and kaffir and Tahitian limes, this was a highlight of the tasting at this distillery. It wasn't sweet at all and delivered a pure lime impact. I'd be interested in trying this in a caipirinha.
