A tart, certified organic and kosher spirit by Koval Distillery in Chicago, Illinois. It uses the same recipe as their Dry Gin, but is infused with cranberries and bottled at 60 proof. It starts with an aromatic bouquet of berries, wildflowers, herbs, and spices; its bold and dry character adds cranberry notes; concluding with a medium-length bitter-sweet finish. April 2024
Very smooth with a pleasant cranberry flavor that isn't overly sweet; the gin notes come through nicely, even for someone who typically dislikes gin.
