About this bottle

Mathilde Cassis Liqueur is produced using two types of black currants from the Burgundy region: Noir de Bourgogne and Blackdown. The fruit is steeped in liquor for an extended duration before the liqueur is bottled at 16 percent ABV. Cassis is a key ingredient in numerous classic cocktails, such as the Kir Royale and the Diablo.
