Svöl Aquavit, conceived by Gunnar Gíslason, chef and proprietor of the Michelin-starred Dill Restaurant in Reykjavik, and Jonas Andersen, Beverage Manager for MeyersUSA, is produced at New York Distilling Co. in Brooklyn, NY. Launched in 2019 with two expressions, the Swedish-Style Aquavit is created by infusing seven botanicals, including caraway, dill, coriander, and lemon verbena, into a neutral spirit derived from rye, corn, and barley.
