About this bottle
Svöl Aquavit, a Danish-style aquavit, was created by Gunnar Gíslason, chef and proprietor of Reykjavik's Michelin-starred Dill Restaurant, and Jonas Andersen, Beverage Manager for MeyersUSA. Production takes place at New York Distilling Co. in Brooklyn, NY. Launched in 2019 with two expressions, the Danish-Style Aquavit is crafted by infusing a neutral spirit derived from rye, corn, and barley with six botanicals, including caraway, gooseberry, and rose hip.
