Released on August 24, 2021, this distillery-exclusive American single malt from Stranahan's, named Rum Cask, is a blend of whiskeys aged for 5 and 9 years in virgin American oak with a #3 char. It undergoes a finishing period of up to 3 years in Caribbean rum casks. The whiskey is diluted to proof with spring water sourced from Eldorado Springs in the Rocky Mountains and is chill filtered. The bottling strength is 45% ABV.

Quite subtle; I was expecting a more noticeable impact from the rum barrel. It mostly tasted like regular Stranahans.
