Ivory Burge 3.0

Initially, it has a peculiar aroma, more chemical than bourbon-like. Diluting it slightly improves the smell but negatively impacts the taste. Allowing it to rest for a day significantly enhances it. It has sweet vanilla and caramel notes with a pleasant, lingering finish. I plan to let it sit for a month to see how it evolves.
