An impressive product for a three-year-old spirit that displays maturity beyond its age. It's exceptionally full of flavor and pleasantly free from the harshness and sharp edge typical of young spirits. Yet another standout from this emerging distillery.
Nose: Chocolate, maple, breakfast items, caramel Taste: Waffles, sweet, well-balanced for a three-year-old spirit, salty, with a mustardy note.
