Nose reminds me of celery but with a stronger woody character and more maturity. Significantly more intensity and force, with a good equilibrium of oak spice and sugar. Feels substantial enough to support the tastes, with a moderately lengthy finish. A solid, complete spirit.
16.27% ABV. Vanilla cream and nougat. Reminiscent of Canadian and light whisky. Red wine is present throughout the finish with a gentle warmth.
