Star Hill Farm Whisky is an annual offering from Maker's Mark, marking the distillery's first new mash bill and its first wheat whiskey. This release combines two mash bills: one exclusively malted wheat, and another with 70% wheat and 30% malted barley, using hard red, hard white, and soft red winter wheat varieties. It is composed of 7 and 8-year-old whiskies and is bottled uncut at cask strength, 116.4 proof. This bottling also has Estate Whiskey certification, signifying it is produced entirely on the distillery's property from locally sourced grains.
