Stambecco Maraschino

If Luxardo Maraschino were slightly bitter. Strong cherry aroma without being overly medicinal. Sweet at first, then bitter at the end. Use in a highball, or for an interesting twist on a cocktail like an Aviation or Last Word as a replacement for regular Maraschino liqueur.

Sweet cherry is apparent on the aroma, but it has a stronger mint character than Luxardo and is more enjoyable on its own.
