About this bottle
St. Nicholas Abbey is a unique rum producer located on a Barbados estate dating back to at least 1658. In 2006, a preservation architect purchased the estate to restore it and reestablish its distillery. Early on, the distillery acquired aged rum stocks from Richard Seale's Foursquare distillery on Barbados. This rum was further aged on-site for several years while the estate began producing its own distillate. As St. Nicholas Abbey bottles one cask at a time, flavor profiles will vary between batches. (Note: This is not currently available in the U.S.)
