About this bottle

Established in 1985 by Steve McCarthy, Clear Creek is a distillery situated in Oregon that specializes in eau-de-vies, grappas, and liqueurs, although their single malt whiskey is particularly sought after. The fruit-based spirits, however, are a particular passion of his and merit greater recognition. The Mirabelle plums used for this eau-de-vie are organically grown at the King Estate near Eugene, Oregon. This product is offered in 375ml bottles.
