Served neat in a shot glass. Opened recently at a tasting room. Smell: Captivating plum skin that transforms into plum flesh. Very much like plum wine, showing the flavor is well-kept. Taste: Slightly musty and medicinal, though the plum is still noticeable. Similar to a mealy plum. I love the aroma, but the flavor is just okay. It would likely need to be mixed to be enjoyable for me, although I appreciate the uniqueness.
