Maxime Trijol has been involved in grape growing and cognac production since the mid-1800s. To supplement their own output, they also acquire wine from other cognac-producing families. While they offer a Grande Champagne VSOP bottling, this particular product is their Classic VSOP.

A potent Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie. This contains a significant proportion of cognacs aged between 10 and 20 years, with an estimated average age of 15 years! It begins aromatically with notes of fruits, wood, herbs & spices; a full & rich life then adds notes of dried apricots, peaches & vanilla; leading to a warm & balanced conclusion of moderate length with notes of oak & baking spices.
