St. George Valley Gin draws its inspiration from the agricultural abundance of California's Central Valley, particularly its citrus groves and the fragrant California orange blossoms that are the gin's primary botanical. In total, 25 botanicals are used, including California bay laurel, bergamot, cilantro, cucumber, dill, ginger, and additional citrus varieties such as Seville orange, Valencia orange, grapefruit, lemon, and lime.
