About this bottle
The History of Lovers Rose Gin is produced using a base of 100% apple brandy. Botanicals including rose hips, rose water, sweet orange, tangerine, lime and pink grapefruit peels, jasmine and lavender petals, coriander, pink peppercorns, and licorice root, in addition to the standard juniper berries, are macerated in an apple brandy low-wine. Following this, the distillate undergoes vapor-distillation with rose hips and pink grapefruit peels in the basket. The resulting distilled gin is then briefly macerated with rose hips, hibiscus petals, and strawberry juice concentrate, imparting a natural pink color.
