About this bottle

The Ninth. A Symphony in Orange is a gin from Kentucky's Copper & Kings. Its production involves macerating whole juniper berries, Seville bitter orange peels, sweet orange and grapefruit peels, coriander, cardamom, and grains of paradise in an apple brandy low wine derived from 100% apple wine and orange blossom honey. Subsequently, Seville blood oranges, sweet orange peels, and jasmine are placed in a gin basket for vapor distillation. The gin then undergoes a brief aging period in orange curaçao barrels.
