My wife and I decided to leave the kids for the day, take a long walk, have breakfast, and then visit some bars. I had been interested in this place for a while, having sampled one of their gins last year. We shared a tasting flight of 5 gins along with a small bottle of tonic and began. This was my favorite, tied with the blood orange version (summer). It had a pleasant sweetness from the sugar kelp. It was easy to drink neat or with tonic.
