About this bottle
Short Mountain Distillery honors the traditions of backwoods Tennessee unaged whiskey production. Founded by the Kaufman brothers, they collaborated with local experts Rocky Estes and Ronald Dawson to craft spirits using ingredients from their Cannon County farm. The Moonshine Select features a mash bill of 30% corn and 70% cane. It undergoes a single distillation before bottling. Sales are restricted to their distillery.
